The Edmonton Christmas Market is an annual holiday festival featuring local marketplace vendors, winter experiences, live entertainment, captivating light installations, outdoor market huts, family-friendly beverage gardens, festive decor, tasty treats and a whole lot of holiday cheer.

About the Venues -

The 2021 Edmonton Christmas Market is an annual holiday festival featuring local marketplace vendors! Each venue will be different in that one is fully indoors, The Army + Navy building and will feature live entertainment, holiday decor & cheer in the heart of Edmonton shopping district!


Our second location will be held at Fort Edmonton Park! This location will be fully equipped to provide an indoor/outdoor (heated) marketplace, food hall, winter experiences, live entertainment, captivating light installations, outdoor market huts, family-friendly beverage gardens. Both venues will have festive decor, tasty treats and a whole lot of holiday cheer!

This season, we're bringing the Edmonton Christmas Market to two locations, from November 26-December 12, 2021.

Load-in information and scheduling will be sent out prior to opening.

Sat/Sun: 12 pm to 9 pm

  • *NEW* Fort Edmonton Park - December 8-12 (Week C) - 8'x5' FULL weekend rate (5 dates) - $517.50 (10% discount)
  • Fort Edmonton Park - December 8-12 (Week C) - 8’x5’ daily rate - $115 (Parking included)
  • Fort Edmonton Park - December 8-12 (Week C) - 10’x10’ full run, 5-day rate - $625 *Discounted rate (Parking included)
  • Fort Edmonton Park - December 8-12 (Week C) - Market hut full run, 5-day rate - $625 (Parking included)

Retail opportunities in a Public pop-up shop/outpost will be available.
Food concessions will also be available at request.


Application details -

  • All applicants must pay a NON-REFUNDABLE $210 deposit. If in the case you are not accepted for vending that fee will be refunded minus $10 admin fee. In the case you are accepted, this deposit will be applied to your invoice (minus a $10 admin fee). If the market does not go ahead, you will be refunding in full minus the deposit.
  • Vendors are responsible for all fees to remain in good standing with the owners/producers of Edmonton Christmas Market, The Public Food Hub Co.
  • Late cancellations, no shows and mid season cancellations (please see Cancellation Policy document for more info) prior to the event are subject to a $50 fee and a refund will not be issued for your vending fee.
  • Equipment rentals - All vendors must supply their own tables, complete with covering, chairs, display and signage. The entire display including signage must be contained within the allotted stall space. Rentals are available (at an additional cost) but are limited.

Full load-in and load-out and vendor orientation details are coming once vendors have applied to the market and approved.
